Gulf Emulsil Metalworking Cutting Oil is emulsifiable metalworking fluid suitable for moderate machining operations such turning,drilling and milling. It is formulated with high quality emulsifier that does now allow emulsion to separate even with water of high hardness. It also incorporates special biocide to increase life of the fluids besides preventing unpleasant odor due to microbial growth. It is environmental friendly as it is free from nitrite,phenol and heavy metals.

Suitable for all metals for machining operations where emulsifiable oil are normally used. The recommended concentration is between 5 to 10 % depending on the severity of machining

Formulated with high performance extreme pressure additives, corrosion inhibitor package and biocides, BIO COOL -100P is designed with high base oil contents to have good lubricity, residual oil on machine beds and quick separation of tramp oil in coolant tanks.

IPOL Cut 150T is a water soluble coolant giving milky white stable emulsion. The product is designed for machining and grinding of ferrous as well as non-ferrous materials. The product is formulated with highly refined base oil fortified with appropriate emulsifier & corrosion inhibitors package. The product is operator friendly and gives satisfactory performance in terms of quality of machining operation and life of the product with proper maintenance. 

IPOL Hydropac Exxel 46 ZF is formulated with Group-III base oil technology and an ashless (“zinc free”) additive system that provides exceptional oxidation stability, water separability, foam suppression, and protection against wear, rust and corrosion. They are designed to meet or exceed the performance requirements of conventional antiwear hydraulic oils, especially in severe, high-output applications such as axial piston pumps. The zinc-free formula makes it well suited for applications involving yellow metals found in hydraulic systems. It also eliminate dieseling phenomenon hence increases life of the Oil.
